My own spiritual journey has been a complete dissection of ridden myself of any and all aspects that do not resonate with love. This all begins with “self-love.” There are so many contributing factors that distort reality and support the illusion that we are unworthy of love. This would include any traumas, karmic patterns set in motion before this incarnation, ancestral patterns, abandonment, anybody who hurt us and made us feel it was not safe to love. All of these can make us deem ourselves not worthy of love and we subconsciously keep everyone at bay in order to keep ourselves safe. Self-sabotage comes into play even in the most deepest and profound relationships we experience where love is beckoning/inviting us to step closer.
What starts to take place during our awakening and even before, are circumstances/triggers that keep coming up where we buy into the illusion of not being worthy of love. This serves as opportunities to illuminate our core belief system. It calls us into action and pushes us inward in order to address and release these blocks once in for all so that every relationship/person we encounter will come from a place of love. When we are strong within ourselves and KNOW that we are worthy of being loved, adored like the Goddess we are then we are free to love and be loved, “completely.” Here is a quote that totally resonated with me. “It is not a question of being in love with someone. It is a question of being love” ~Osho. We must first BE love before we can love others fully and completely and know that we are worthy of that love in return.
The journey of working our way back to love is a painful one but it is that pain that moves us into action. Pain serves as our greatest teacher and can help us shift our energy of fear into love. I was told to do this through meditation, energy clearing, prayer, walking in nature, writing, laughing, moving my body and getting those stuck energies out of me. These are things that put us back into divine energy and takes us to our true nature of divine love. YES!! Our divine nature is pure love and we are all worthy of love no matter what life’s circumstances have led us to believe. We have to step away from our ego/mind that is trying to keep us safe and tune into our own heart and desires. I am doing my best to tune into my heart so that I can live/love in pure bliss and peace. Our heart will always guide us and steer us in the direction that we need to go and take us all the way back home. Home to LOVE! Home to the divine Goddess that we are and always have been. The one who KNOWS that she is worthy of love. Namaste!
